For questions and to set up a consultation for your upcoming event, please fill in your contact information with a brief description of your event needs. All inquiries will be personally followed up within two business days. If you have a short notice event or have immediate needs, please call our office.
During the months of March-June and December, dates may be held for two weeks after first inquiry. A 50% proposal deposit is required to completely secure dates after the initial two weeks has passed. Due to the high volume of events and high demand for dates during these months, 25% of the proposal total is non-refundable if an event is cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled event date, and 50% of the proposal (equal to the deposit total) is non-refundable if an event is cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled event date.
